Fruit2You will be responsible for notifying your customers of the delivery date, time, and location at least five days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Customers who are unable to pick up their order within the allotted time frame must notify Fruit2You at least three days before the scheduled delivery date in order to receive a full refund. If a customer does not cancel their order and then does not show up on the scheduled delivery date within the allotted time frame, it will be up to the affiliate’s discretion whether or not to make other arrangements with the customer. The affiliate must remain at the delivery location for the specified time allotted for customers to pick up their orders (at least 3-4 hours). Once the delivery is complete, Fruit2You will compensate the affiliate for the agreed upon commission rate of 10% per order (minimum 50 orders)
